When completing your application for submission, please make sure that: # Application form is completely filled in and signed. # Two separate letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes are enclosed. # Declarations on the last page of application form are completely filled in and signed. # Attested photocopies of all educational certificates are enclosed. # Attested photocopies of job experience certificates are enclosed. # Attested photocopy of National Identity Card/Passport is enclosed # Three recent passport size photographs are enclosed. # Assessment fee of Rs.100/- is enclosed in the form of Bank Draft. You may pay cash if you submit your application personally. Note: You will be required to present your original documents for review at the time of interview.
